Strawberry Hill's Organic Vegetable Garden Vegetables are grown at Strawberry Hill making full use of the terrain by terracing the slopes with bamboo. All the vegetables are grown organically insomuch that no chemical fertilisers or sprays of any sort are used.

Young Pineapple (Note the parsley in the seed bed) Most of the beds have several cops growing together i.e. Pineapple is interspersed with faster growing tomatoes which can be reaped before the pine is ripe. The area is being expanded to include organically grown coffee and tropical fruit trees. We will keep you posted of the developments.
Artocarpus spp. Jackfruit Massive fruits are produced up to 20lbs in weight and 2' long with a strong odor. The flesh is sucked off the seed and the "heart" can be fried.
